Perhaps one of the most special accommodations in which I’ve stayed! Beautiful B&B overlooking the Bay with a really cosy atmosphere! And it was very close to all the pubs and restaurants! The room was very comfortable and it has everything we needed. We even had some tea and shortbread in the room which was great. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal!! We had the most delicious Scottish breakfast with amazing views! It was an amazing stay and the staff were super kind and friendly with us! I can’t wait to come back!!
It appears to be somewhat of an older building being a B&B in Scotland obviously, but it's immaculate. Very clean and it smelled really good in there. I was feeling ill one afternoon and spent it in a very comfortable bed thankfully. The proprietor was so extremely gracious as to switch up a room when I arrived and gave me a ground floor room when she discovered stairs and my legs don't go together well. It is so cozy and the rooms have specially made touches in them.
Rooms: spacious, clean, comfortable and with a great view!! Only downside is the shower is quite lackluster. Water was either lukewarm, or cycling between burning hot and ice cold. Not terrible but def not great. Other than that the room was perfect! Service: the host and house help were great! The host gave great food recommendation and was super kind. Breakfast was also really good. Scottish breakfast with 0 complaints! Location: amazing. Super nice view, 5min walk from the town and easily accessible by road. No tiny windy road in the middle of nowhere.
A beautiful place with gorgeous views. The rooms are spacious and everyone is friendly and very helpful. Close to town centre and well located. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again soon.

We stayed at Fassfern Guesthouse for two nights over Valentine’s Day - and it was lovely! Above & beyond our expectations. Our room was beautiful, and we received a very warm welcome upon our arrival! We got the train to Fort William & found that the location of the guesthouse was ideal! So close to the town, and such a lovely view. The lady who served us breakfast in the mornings was very kind & accommodating & the breakfast itself was super tasty :) My only suggestion would be to replace the AI ‘artwork’ in room 3 with some art by local artists - we did feel that it took away ever so slightly from the elegance of the room.We hope to return next time we’re up that way, we really enjoyed ourselves. A definite 5 stars!
